“Sitting inside the sauna feeling all cosy with my friends was just magical and felt so lovely that we were all experiencing something exciting and chatting whilst peeking outside through the windows on the cold day. It felt surreal and lovely and just gave you that nice warm feeling.
We dipped 6 or so times and I must say the sauna made it far more comfortable and manageable. I can honestly say the benefit of hot and cold was so beneficial and made me feel so refreshed and zingy.
After we finished, Kate pulled the flasks out and rewarded us all with a lovely (and most welcome) brew and a biscuit.”
