Cold Water Swimming & Sauna Experience
22 March | 2:00–4:00pm
📍 Bees Sauna, by Broughty Ferry Castle, Dundee
Kallbad & Bees Sauna are a match made in heaven. Inspired by the Scandinavian love of cold water and heat, this guided session invites you to get comfortably wild with cold in one of Scotland’s most beautiful coastal locations.
Whether you’re dipping your toes into cold water swimming for the first time or you’re a seasoned sea swimmer, Kallbad provides a safe, supportive and empowering experience tailored to you. You’ll reconnect with nature, build confidence in the water and experience the powerful wellbeing benefits of cold immersion, all followed by deep warmth in the Bees Sauna wood-fired sauna.
Winter and early spring swimming can feel daunting, but you won’t be doing it alone. Linsey from Kallbad will guide you through the experience step by step, before you return to Bees Sauna to warm up by the fire pit with a hot cup of homemade chai.
This session includes:
Cold water swimming basics & safety guidance
Setting personal goals for cold immersion
Essential kit & equipment advice
Guided sea entry with group support
Connection with nature and the sea
